When do orders ship? We make every effort to ship orders the same day but most orders ship the next day after your order is placed.
What shipping carriers do you use? We use UPS, FedEx & USPS.
When will I know my order has been shipped? You will recieve a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
How fast will I get my order? Each item on the website has a UPS transit times Ground map. We also offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air & 3 Day Select.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We use the UPS software that calculates shipping charges based off of weight and destination.

What is your return/refund policy?
We gladly offer refunds for any unopened or damaged mechandise that is returned to us. Please notify us of the return within 7 days after recieving the order. All refunds will be placed on the credit card it was purchased with. In the event that the return is due to incorrect information provided we are unable to refund shipping charges.
