What is your minimum order amount? To make shipping charges cost effective we have a $25.00 minimum order. Shipping not included.
What type of payments do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal.
When do orders ship? We make every effort to ship orders the same day but most orders ship the next day after your order is placed via UPS.
Did you ship to APO/AFO addresses? Yes, APO/AFO orders are shipped via the USPS. USPS does not provided tracking numbers only delivery confirmation once the package has reached it's destination. Please make sure the address is 100% accurate when shipping to APO/AFO.
When will I know my order has been shipped? You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
How fast will I get my order? Each item has a UPS transit times Ground map. We also offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air & 3 Day Select.
My order is a gift, can I send a personalized message? Yes, you can. In the Billing Section there is a space to enter a personal message at no additional charge.
Do you use any special shipping materials to protect the items? Yes we use a Cool Shield Bubble wrap to provide thermal shipping protection for food and also act as an effective moisture and vapor barrier. The 3/16" foil laminated, metalized bubble cushions and protects & is also
FDA approved for incidental contact with food.

What is your return/refund policy?
We gladly offer refunds for any unopened or damaged merchandise that is returned to us. Please notify us of the return within 7 days after receiving the order. All refunds will be placed on the credit card it was purchased with. In the event that the return is due to incorrect information provided we are unable to refund shipping charges.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
